This boutique B&B in Carlton, Oregon was imagined as a destination at a working regenerative farm for visitors to the lovely Willamette Valley wine country, with a focus on group retreats and small conferences. George was a solo acoustic designer on the project. The Inn has 9 guest rooms, all with guest room separating partitions acoustically comparable to a luxury condominium. George worked with GBD Architects to detail communicating doors in the double-stud demising assemblies similar to recording studio box-in-box construction.

Amenity spaces all received acoustically absorptive perforated wood finishing to accommodate group events.
